Visually, there is nothing to criticise about the extremely stable Eve Road 3300. The original paintwork makes the bike look appealing, and the equipment is also beautifully matched to the frame. The geometry, on the other hand, is problematic. In order to keep the top tube short, a very short wheelbase was chosen and the seat tube was positioned steeply into the frame. The slack steering angle of 72.5 degrees brings the steering characteristics close to those of larger models, but restricts the foot clearance. Depending on the position of the pedal plates, there is a risk of colliding with the front wheel when steering from shoe size 36. The equipment is good for the price level; the third chainring takes the fear out of even the steepest ramps. The tester liked the handlebars with a slight forward bend and the saddle. However, the high weight of nine kilos is a handicap.
