It's hard to imagine that there are any road cyclists who wouldn't be impressed by the characteristics of this carbon racer: distinctive looks, superior smoothness, low weight, excellent workmanship and high comfort on the saddle thanks to a carbon seatpost manufactured exclusively for Canyon by Ritchey - rounded off by the good equipment with Mavic's "Ksyrium-SL" wheels as a highlight. The Koblenz-based mail order company is also generous with its warranty: six years on the frame and fork. The test victory - together with Red Bull - and the impressive final score are logical. Although the costs for shipping and any component replacements at Canyon are relatively high, the price-performance ratio is still first class. The question remains as to whether Canyon has got to grips with its delivery problems of the past year.
