Fans will miss the large "Handmade in USA" lettering on the seat stay; the origin of the latest "CAAD" model is now written on a tiny sticker under the bottom bracket: Taiwan. The frame has not become any worse, on the contrary: 60 grams less weight and significantly higher steering head stiffness show that development in aluminium frame construction is still continuing. Compared to last year, the fork is also significantly lighter and slightly more comfortable, but is not covered by the lifetime guarantee. The new production site makes it possible for the price and equipment to remain the same in contrast to most competitors. In terms of value for money, Cannondale has therefore moved significantly forwards. The sporty geometry and balanced handling are also virtually unchanged - in this respect, the "CAAD10" is and remains a true Cannondale.
