The CAAD9 in the livery of the Liquigas team is part of a long tradition of replica models. As is so often the case with Cannondale, it is the frame that makes the bike so attractive. The beautifully painted aluminium frame has neatly polished weld seams and an experienced, moderately sporty riding position. All measured values are on the safe side, and thanks to the slim aluminium seat post, the bike even offers noticeable comfort on the saddle. The good base makes it possible to make up for weaknesses such as the heavy wheels fitted with clincher tyres, the later replacement of which would significantly reduce the weight of the bike. The elegant frame would definitely be worth the investment. The rest of the equipment impresses with flawless functionality.
