The Granfondo GF02 aluminium model follows the exact lines of the significantly more expensive Granfondo GF01 carbon model - to date the most comfortable bike that TOUR has ever measured. Surprisingly, the Granfondo GF02 now takes this top spot thanks to its extremely comfortable carbon seat post and frame construction with low-set seat stays. High suspension comfort is not the only quality of the bike: the extravagant frame with BMC-typical reinforcement brace in the main triangle is light for the material and also stable to ride. Against the spirit of the times, the bike has a classic BS A threaded bottom bracket and externally routed cables, which makes servicing easier. The equipment with the new SRAM Red groupset and Ksyrium Equipe wheels is very good, only the tyres don't offer the grip of more expensive rubber.
