The Bergamont racer has a cleanly finished aluminium frame with gold applications on the black anodised coating. At first we suspected an aluminium fork, but in fact it is a carbon fork with a paint finish that exactly replicates the surface of the anodised frame and blends in perfectly with the overall look. Bergamont is one of the few manufacturers to install the triple version of the new "Ultegra", which impresses with its good function and offers a wide range of gear ratios. The new "Aksium" wheels from Mavic are well-engineered and look significantly more sophisticated than their predecessors. Solid add-on parts and a comfortable saddle from our own brand "Tattoo" round off the successful package. The very good stiffness values also qualify the bike for very heavy riders.
