A successor should be coming soon, but the Timemachine is still a good match in the fight against the wind (211 watts). The integration of the front brake is a good technical solution. The cable runs in front of the head tube in a guide laminated to the fork crown. The V-brake integrated into the sheaths sits under a cover and grips just as well as mass-produced models. The thin 3T handlebars are not comfortable to grip. Conti's tubular tyres are real professional material. With a special rubber compound and latex tubes, the tyres make a huge difference; both testers had the feeling that they had never ridden faster tyres. At just under 6.7 kilos, the bike is quite light and stable. However, it does not offer any significant suspension comfort.
CONCLUSION Pioneer in integration, still competitive as a competition machine, tough. Potential to become a classic
