In the second generation, GT has made only moderate changes to the concept. The seat stays, which run past the seat tube without contact and are made of a mix of carbon and glass fibres in the carbon model, remain a distinctive feature. This gives the frame a high degree of vertical compliance at the rear. Another original feature is the rotating wheel mounts, which can be used to change the fork pre-bend and thus the steering behaviour. The frame and fork also have various mounts for panniers and water bottles. Available with a carbon frame in two equipment variants from 1,999 euros and with an aluminium frame for 1,299 euros.
