Our local city guides - from bloggers to licensed cyclists - show us that a road bike is a must when visiting Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Munich and Vienna. So you are well prepared for a visit to one of the five cities by road bike.
Note on Frankfurt: The university's racing bike group has informed us that they only meet at 17:30 on Tuesdays in the high season (2 April 2019 - 17 September 2019) at the Heerstraße/Ludwig-Landmann-Straße car park; we had specified the departure time for the low season (17:00).
Note on Vienna: The "Radlager" mentioned in the report no longer exists. As their Facebook page is still online, we had unfortunately not realised this.
