Kocmo RR Disc 2014
No-frills, lightweight and rigid frame with race geometry and disc brakes. Customised for an extra charge.

The company from Stahnsdorf has been having titanium frames built in Russia since 1994, with the tubes coming from Ukraine and the USA. The fact that former submarine engineers are said to be involved in production is certainly not detrimental to the slightly anarchistic image. One thing is certain: The design works well - over the years, Kocmo has built up a reputation for offering comparatively unpretentious but functional, reliable and affordable titanium frames. The very sporty disc racer in the test confirms this. Despite the integrated seat post, the frame is quite light and exceptionally stiff. In addition to a wide range of standard models, customisation is part of the concept. A customised frame costs a maximum of 300 euros extra, for which you can specify the geometry, tube cross-sections and features such as dropouts and braze-on parts yourself.
