De Rosa Titanio 3/2.25 2014
Lightweight, not very stiff frame set for pilots of medium weight at most. Classic look, made to measure only.

Slim round tubes, horizontal top tube, Italian-style geometry: the Titanio comes pretty close to the idea of a classic racing bike. Each frame is welded by hand by Doriano De Rosa, the middle son of company founder Ugo's three sons, which used to result in waiting times of up to a year - but these are to be significantly reduced. The frameset is one of the lightest in the test field, but heavier riders may notice small weaknesses in riding stability on fast descents. The values are not critical for medium-weight riders. The frame is made to measure. Advice and measurements can be obtained from one of the many dealers who stock De Rosa - or directly from De Rosa in Milan. There, the bike handover, including a factory tour, is a real celebration.
