Energy Shake Muscle Milk Protein
The US sports nutrition manufacturer Cytosport brings Muscle Milk Protein to the German market as a ready-to-drink shake or in powder form.
The "Muscle Milk" is gluten-free and low in sugar, and is available in strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavours. Each bottle contains 20 grams of protein and around 180 kilocalories to help build and maintain muscles after training. The protein sources are whey, milk protein isolate and casein. The muscle milk is also to be sold at petrol stations so that you can actually refuel when you roll out after your training session.
