The "Energy Bar" was a big hit with the editorial team, which is certainly due to its natural ingredients: dried fruit pieces, hazelnuts and rice crisps. The testers were also enthusiastic about the thin yoghurt coating - as long as it doesn't melt, which can happen in the warmth of the jersey pocket. With 63 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams, the newcomer provides enough energy, and the composition of the carbohydrates is also impressive - maltodextrin and isomaltulose do not cause insulin levels to spike unnecessarily.
In addition to the "Fruit Yoghurt" variant tested, the 55 gram bar is available in the flavours "Fruit" and "Banana" for 1.85 euros.
