The "Liquid Energie Pur" from Aktiv3 promises everything from one tube. The liquid is designed to provide energy quickly and easily during competitions - without the need to drink water afterwards, as is usually the case with energy gels.
The composition is sensible, short and medium-chain carbohydrates are combined and thus provide sustainable fuel for the competition. According to the manufacturer, a 50-millilitre tube lasts for about an hour. The liquid compensates for mineral losses through sweating with sodium and potassium. The packaging, which is similar to a toothpaste tube, is practical but unfortunately produces a lot of waste.
