New fasting and nutrition brochure on alkaline nutrition
A new nutrition and fasting guide has now been published by Peter Jentschura. Both are available free of charge.

Against the background of a balanced acid-base balance - the main theme of the Jentschura company - both publications provide impulses for a healthy diet and lifestyle and impart knowledge on the subject of fasting.

Just in time for the start of spring, the brochure "Fasting without crises" is dedicated to the topic of detoxification in order to relieve the body, mind and soul, shape the figure and awaken new spirits.

Which foods are alkaline surplus? How can a healthy diet be implemented? What role does the gut play? The nutrition guide answers these and other questions.

Its authors recommend choosing foods that are as natural and unprocessed as possible. A predominantly wholefood vegetarian diet provides the body with all the necessary nutrients and supports the self-regulation of the acid-base balance. Excessive acidic food disturbs this balance. The guide shows that the risk of acidosis increases with age, as the efficiency of the liver and kidneys decreases. At the same time, the reserves of alkaline buffers in the organism decrease.

The guidebook is intended as a guide to a responsible and conscious lifestyle and diet far removed from industrially produced mass products.

Both brochures can be ordered free of charge (Tel. +49 (0) 2536 342 99-0, e-mail: info@verlag-jentschura.de) or downloaded directly from the Internet (www.verlag-jentschura.de).
