The food supplement frubiase® SPORT is now also available in the flavour apple spritzer (the previous flavour "orange" is still available).
The apple and water mix has long been a favourite thirst quencher among athletes. The effervescent tablets from frubiase also provide vitamins, minerals and trace elements to replenish nutrient stores before, during and after sport:
- Magnesium - supports the function of muscles and nerves, activates enzymes for energy production, builds bones and tendons
- Calcium - stabilises cells, builds bones and teeth, supports the function of muscles and nerves
- Potassium - builds up short-term carbohydrate stores and maintains the correct distribution of water in the body
- Iron - binds oxygen in the blood and is therefore responsible for the oxygen supply to the muscles and enzyme systems
- Zinc - supports the immune system, cell division, wound healing and growth
- Iodine - forms thyroid hormones, which are important for energy metabolism
- Vitamins (C, D, E, B) - strengthen the immune system, protect the cells from free radicals and are essential for the metabolism
Like the other products in the frubiase range, frubiase® SPORT apple spritzer was developed in co-operation with the German Sport University Cologne and is only available in pharmacies.
