Zwift Camp: Baseline is the name of the new training programme aimed at the community. It starts on 18 November. The programme runs until 5 January and comprises six stages with three workouts and three tests.
The programme starts with two stages that focus on the sprint, followed by two stages that focus on the attack. The final two stages focus on endurance. Anyone who has completed all six stages will receive a Rider Strength Report by e-mail. This lists your strengths and weaknesses.
Each of the workouts in the baseline camp takes less than an hour - and there are also slimmed-down versions for days when even that doesn't work. It is ideal to complete the workouts and tests in sequence. The tests relate to the previous training session: sprint, attack, endurance.
The data from the tests is used to determine the physical capacities and finally to create the Rider Strength Report.
Registration for the Zwift Camp: Baseline begins on 12 November 2024. Each stage can be completed either on-demand or as part of an event. And if, like me, you're on holiday in between, don't panic. All stages can be completed between 29 December and 5 January. Upon completion, three exclusive Zwift Camp: Baseline rewards will be unlocked in addition to the test results. These include the Baseline Kit, the Oakley Kato sunglasses and the Zwift Baseline Wheels.
Zwift Camp: Baseline events take place every hour during the entire period
