The Movistar Team Challenge begins on 3 February. Five women and five men are being sought for Team Movistar's new e-sports team - the chosen ones can look forward to non-cash prizes and a one-year contract

With the Movistar Team Challenge, Team Movistar is organising its own scouting event on the Zwift platform. The best 300 Zwift riders have been invited to take part. In addition, everyone will have the opportunity to take part in two qualifying races on 3 February - the best three participants from each race, i.e. a total of six riders, will then qualify for a further race on 10 February. Of the 312 starters, 100 will qualify for further selection races on 17 February. In the final round, only the best 40 riders will then compete against each other - it's not just about performance on the roll, interviews and press interviews are also part of the selection process.
