Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain are launching the ‘We Ride Paris’ initiative in partnership with Groupama-FDJ United. The project combines football, cycling and roller training in a sporting challenge. Wilier Triestina, alongside Zwift and WHOOP, is one of the partners in the campaign, which is raising funds for PSG For Communities and the Xana Foundation.

The challenge will run from 19 August to 13 September 2026 on the Zwift platform. Participants will cycle a 16.4-kilometre route along the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The virtual route features the initiative’s colours and is open to all Zwift users. Alternatively, anyone without a Zwift account can share a link to an outdoor ride of at least 16.4 kilometres.

Group rides with the pros from Groupama-FDJ

During the campaign, Groupama-FDJ United is organising several group rides on Zwift. Participants will ride alongside professionals from the WorldTour team. The rides provide an opportunity for amateur and professional cyclists to interact on the virtual platform.

Five bikes featuring the Paris Saint-Germain design

Wilier Triestina is producing five exclusive Filante SLR ID2 bikes in the official We Ride Paris design. The internationally renowned artist Edgar Plans developed the visual identity of the initiative, which is featured on the bikes. These five one-off bikes bring together the Paris Saint-Germain football club, PSG For Communities and the Xana Foundation.

Paris Saint-Germain is auctioning off the five Filante SLR ID2 wheels alongside five customised Zwift bikes. All proceeds will go to PSG For Communities via the Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund and to the Xana Foundation. The organisations will use the donations to support their charitable projects.

On Zwift, all participants can ride the We Ride Paris Filante SLR ID2 during the challenge. The platform makes the bike available virtually. The initiative’s official kit can also be used in Zwift.

A visit to the Paris Saint-Germain stadium

Once the challenge has concluded, six invitations to an exclusive event at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain’s stadium, will be raffled off amongst all registered participants. The winners will take part in a group ride on Zwift at Paris Saint-Germain’s stadium, riding alongside club personalities and professionals from Groupama-FDJ United.

Throughout the duration of the promotion, further prizes will be raffled off amongst participants. These include VIP experiences at professional cycling races with Groupama-FDJ United, a Zwift bike and annual Zwift memberships. There’s also official We Ride Paris cycling kit, WHOOP wearables with one-month subscriptions, and vouchers for the Paris Saint-Germain online shop.
