Free roll Elite E-Motion in test
Roller trainer for interval training: The new device from Elite is only a normal free roller at first glance. The special feature of the concept is the spring-mounted inner frame, which balances out the forward movement of the rider and wheel.

You cannot imagine the positive effect until you have tried it yourself. Even with jerky forward movements, the risk of catapulting off the roll into the wall cupboard is zero. Once you have internalised this, you can even train sprints. However, the braking effect of the magnetic brake, which can be adjusted in three stages, could be even greater for these and similar exercises. With a gear ratio of 53/11 and 100 crank revolutions per minute, the maximum braking power was 440 watts - not enough for intensive power training.

PLUSrealistic driving experience; quiet

MINUSBrake too weak for intensive strength training; no remote control for the brake

Price 795 Euro
