In addition to numerous routes for racing bikes, Rouvy also offers gravel routes
Roller training software not only offers structured training plans, but also an extra dose of motivation through playful elements. The Rouvy app stands out with its realistic graphical representation of the routes. Here is the most important information about the app.

While other apps look like a computer game, the Czech provider focuses on a unique look. Thanks to elaborately recreated routes in a virtual world, which can also be travelled as a 2D video, Rouvy confidently calls itself "the most realistic indoor cycling app in the world". More than 3500 routes on six continents and more than 600 workout programmes provide the basis for varied roller cycling. Gravel and off-road courses are also included.

Training content at Rouvy

Rouvy impresses with realistic graphics and an enormous variety of routes. Explorers can easily get lost in the multitude of options, but filters help to quickly find the right route. Route collections offer special highlights, such as the favourite routes of teams like Lidl-Trek or Visma | Lease a Bike. Workouts are also available in large numbers and can be filtered according to criteria such as training duration. As with many other platforms, the power zones are adjusted using the FTP method. Rouvy's resistance adjustment is surprisingly fast at the value of the next interval - here the platform is ahead of its competitors.
