Tried and tested: Cellagon T.GO
Five fruits or vegetables a day - if you rarely nibble on greens, you can balance this out with the Cellagon T.GO multi-fruit concentrate.

A common dietary recommendation is to eat fruit or vegetables five times a day. If you don't nibble on greens as often, you can balance this out with the Cellagon T.GO multi-fruit concentrate. Juices and extracts from around 40 types of fruit, herbs and vegetables, such as cranberries, aloe vera, ginkgo, grape seeds and acerola, are designed to supply the body with vitamins, minerals and various biologically active plant substances. According to the manufacturer, if an athlete takes the fruity, pleasantly berry-flavoured concentrate over a longer period of time, they should become less susceptible to illness and injury, among other things. The daily dose of 25 millilitres recommended for amateur athletes, which should be diluted and drunk in the half-litre bottle supplied, costs around two euros.

Price: 42 euros per 500 ml bottle (discounts available when buying several bottles)
