The anniversary tour was a complete success. Now all videos and pictures online.

This year, the Schwalbe-TOUR-Transalp powered by Sigma celebrated its 10th anniversary. The starting signal was given on 24 June in Mittenwald. A total of 18,877 metres in altitude had to be conquered over seven days. The route led over 18 mountain passes to Arco, where the riders were finally able to jump into Lake Garda after around 810 kilometres. This year, the eastern Dolomites route was ridden again. Passes such as the Timmelsjoch, Würzjoch, Grödnerjoch, Sellajoch and Passo Fedaia were on the programme. New on the tour were Monte Grappa and the Asiago plateau - with the Sette Communi.

All results, certificates, videos, photos of participants and background information can be found on the homepage of the Schwalbe-TOUR-Transalp powered by Sigma 2012.

The Transalp was the highlight of the season for the members of Team TOUR powered by Cube. The team's twelve riders had been preparing for the stage race for months. Matthias Nowak, who had been slowed down by a crash during training in Mallorca, was unfortunately unable to start. His wife and team partner Sylvia Nowak was of course still at the start. Impressions and reports from the riders can be found here.
