If you are lucky, you will have to pay 179 euros for your starting place at the 2024 "Ötzi" plus 10 euros for the chip deposit. If plans change, the starting place can be transferred to other people registered in 2024 in the period from 29 April to 21 May 2024 for a fee of 50 euros.
The race will take place on 1 September 2024, so it has been moved back to the old date from the beginning of July.
There are no changes to the route of the 43rd edition: 227 kilometres with 5500 metres of altitude difference await the starters around Sölden. Four Alpine passes have to be crossed: Kühtaisattel, Brenner Pass, Jaufen Pass and Timmelsjoch are the legendary hurdles on the way to the finisher's jersey at the start and finish in Sölden.
