The 24-hour Rad am Ring race is one of the biggest challenges you can face as an amateur cyclist - especially as an individual starter. The 26-kilometre circuit through the Eifel, often referred to as the "Green Hell", demands strength, endurance and extreme stamina. Around 560 metres in altitude have to be conquered on each lap, and the 92 bends demand constant attention. And where there are climbs, there are also descents: on the legendary "Fuchsröhre" section of the Nürburgring circuit, you can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h on a racing bike, which is an extreme experience, especially at night.
When Rad am Ring takes place from 21-23 July 2023, a cyclist can compete under very special circumstances and enjoy and suffer through this highlight of a cyclist's life in a very special way. TOUR and the Online retailer Bike-Components are providing a premium starting place for the individual race. The winner will be equipped with a complete set of high-quality products, including a Factor racing bike, clothing, helmet, shoes, glasses and accessories.
The partners will also support the winner in training in preparation for the 2023 cycling event. None other than former professional cyclist Christian Knees and his agency PMP Coaching accompanies the candidate, draws up training plans and gives race tips from an insider's perspective. A personalised bike fitting is also part of the premium package for the racing bike event at the Nürburgring, as well as support during the 24-hour race at the Bike Components Camp on the race track.
Apply here now for this premium package and the unique experience of the 24-hour Rad am Ring race!
