"The time has come to put women's cycling more centre stage and close the gap with men," explained Vos in London. In collaboration with other professional female riders and Shimano, she developed a platform on which female riders worldwide can exchange information about cycling. An app also makes it possible to communicate with female riders and arrange to cycle together. Shimano will use the Strongher platform to target female customers.
