Short and steep is the motto of the "Jedermann-Rennen" (Everyman Race), which leads over the notorious "Höttinger Höll" on the fringes of the 2018 Road World Championships in Innsbruck

The "Höttinger Höll" is the key point of the Road World Championship 2018 in Innsbruck and is completed by the pros as the last of nine challenging climbs. The "Krone Ride to Höll" race for everyone also offers amateur athletes the opportunity to get a taste of the World Championships. Exactly 2,018 athletes can compete with the times of the stars on the up to 28% steep section of the course. The "Jedermann" event is designed as a very short mountain race: Only 3.2 kilometres, but 291 metres in altitude, have to be conquered between the Innsbruck Landestheater and the finish at Gramartboden.
