Nuremberg will host the Jedermann Tour and the grand finale of the Deutschland Tour on 29 August. Amateur cyclists can race before the professionals.

In the middle of Nuremberg's old town, against the backdrop of the main market square, the Jedermann race starts on 29 August. The shorter 55-kilometre route is perfect for beginners. The longer distance is more challenging with 108 kilometres and 1,750 metres of elevation gain. The tour through Franconian Switzerland leads over many ramps. The highlight for all participants: they cross the finish line at the Nuremberg Opera House before the professionals.

After the amateur riders, the professional peloton makes its way to Nuremberg. From the start in Erlangen, the pros have to conquer 160 kilometres and 13 climbs in Franconian Switzerland.

The starting place for the long lap currently costs 100 euros. The entry fee includes the event jersey from Santini.
