A crowdfunding campaign under the motto "Roll on & show the chain" is intended to raise urgently needed capital for "road closure costs and other security costs for THW or medical services". So far, however, the campaign has only been running on a low flame: Just under 3,620 euros have been pledged. The funding target until 3 April is 19,582.50 euros. Without major donations, this target is likely to be difficult to achieve.
On the crowdfunding platform "VisionBakery", supporters receive various benefits in return. These range from a course sponsorship, performance diagnostics, an air pump, a ride in the lead car to the naming of the finishing straight. The option of a title sponsorship is unique: the title sponsorship of this year's event will be raffled off among all supporters. The only restriction: if a title sponsor is unexpectedly found by 20 March, the "title raffle" will be cancelled.
The Everyman races on 19 June 2016 can be run over 40, 60 or 120 kilometres.
