The dates for the Austria Top Tour 2026 have been set: the Thayarunde is new to the programme. The Top Tour season ticket can be ordered at a special price until the end of the year. This makes it possible to start from 60 euros per event.

The Austria Top Tour 2026 has presented its slightly modified calendar. New in the programme of the event series in Austria is the Thayarunde in Waidhofen an der Thaya. The Ultra Rad Challenge Kaindorf is no longer part of the series. The Thayarund cycle marathon runs for 100 kilometres from Waidhofen an der Thaya through the hilly Thayaland region in the far north of the Waldviertel. The organisers promise a multitude of castles and palaces, pristine natural forests, moors and ponds along the route.

The sale of the Top Tour season ticket has already begun. Until the end of the year, you can buy the card at a special price and start from 60 euros per event. Up to 14 days before the respective event date, you can change your booking to another marathon without giving a reason. There are also 300 starting places reserved for series cyclists for the Mondsee 5-Seen Cycle Marathon, which will soon be sold out.

Austria Top Tour dates 2026:

18.04.2026 - Individual time trial, Mörbisch
The flat time trial course along Lake Neusiedl is the perfect stage for high-speed duels. The wind edge and sense of rhythm are often more decisive here than pure watts.

19.04.2026 - Lake Neusiedl Cycle Marathon, Mörbisch
The classic race in Burgenland attracts an international field of starters every year. The fast route around the lake rewards strong group riders and makes personal best times possible.

07.06.2026 - Carinthia Cycle Marathon, Bad Kleinkirchheim
With long climbs and spectacular Alpine panoramas, this marathon is one of the most challenging in Austria. Those who conquer the Nockalm Road are rewarded with one of the most beautiful descents in the country.

14.06.2026 - Tour of the Dolomites by bike, Lienz
This traditional tour offers a mixture of tough climbs and fast passages through East Tyrol's mountains. The ascent to the Gailbergsattel in particular challenges even experienced mountain bikers.

21.06.2026 - 5-Lakes Cycle Marathon, Mondsee
The picturesque route leads through the heart of the Salzkammergut and offers constantly changing landscapes between lakes and mountains. The selective climbs around the Attersee and Wolfgangsee provide a racing character.

18.07.2026 - Salzkammergut Trophy, MTB and gravel marathon
Also a Offroad-date is part of the series. With technically demanding trails and extreme altitude metres, the Trophy is a real test. The different distances make the event equally attractive for different levels of ability.

26.07.2026 - Thayarunde cycling marathon, Waidhofen an der Thaya
The route along the Thayarunde scores with quiet roads and gentle undulations through the northern Waldviertel. However, the open passages can become real tests of strength due to strong winds.
