Jonas Rutsch: The greatest successes
Jonas Rutsch already celebrated his first successes in his junior years. The German became U15 road race champion in 2012. From 2017 to 2019, Rutsch rode for Team Lotto-Kern Haus. In 2018, the Hessian finished second in the U23 class at Eschborn-Frankfurt and also became German U23 mountain champion in the same year.
In 2019, things continued to go uphill for Jonas Rutsch, who won the Kattekoers-Ieper - the U23 race of Gent-Wevelgem. For the 2020 season, he switched to EF Pro Cycling in the World Tour. Rutsch is still active today for the US team, which is now called EF Education EasyPost.
