According to the manufacturer, one bottle weighs just 50 grams, which is exactly half the weight of conventional drinking bottles. The new 550-millilitre bottles are made of virtually odourless plastic and are dishwasher-safe. The professional bidons will also be available in a total of ten team colours for amateur cyclists for just under seven euros.
