It is SPD-compatible - but 42 grams lighter than the Japanese product. It has a high-quality finish and you stand securely on the pedals. Thanks to the widened pedal body, the somewhat wobbly stance of the previous model is a thing of the past. The bearings also make a good impression, consisting of one plain bearing, one needle bearing and one deep groove ball bearing and, thanks to good seals, were able to withstand their first rides in mud and dirt unimpressed.
