Included are cleat protectors for longer walking distances and two sets of cleats with 4.5 degrees of lateral freedom of movement, one pair of which has grip inserts for better grip when walking. We recommend using the cleat protectors with this type of pedal, as the rubber pads wear out quickly on rough surfaces and can detach from the cleat body. The release force of the carbon spring is 16 Newton metres, a spring with 12 Newton metres is available as a replacement part.
