The P4 frame is the further development of the classic P3, which Cervélo continues to offer. The most striking difference to its predecessor is the aero water bottle integrated into the frame triangle, which is also a kind of spoiler. The fork, head tube and down tube have been formally harmonised and the rear brake is located under a fairing behind the bottom bracket. The wind tunnel results justify the design effort - here the P4 is one of the best, up to 5 degrees angle of attack it is even top and therefore ideal for fast time trials. Another plus point is the six frame sizes (size 48 for 26-inch wheels) - no other supplier offers so much choice. The stiffness values are also good - important for strong riders. The main criticism is the rear brake, which lacks any bite due to the angled cable routing.
