Elite Square Smart Frame: The customisable frame set especially for indoor training

Thanks to its adjustable frame - from XS to XL - the Square can be precisely adapted to the individual seat geometry, such as seat height, distance to the handlebars or crank arm length, to ensure an optimal sitting position. Its low-noise belt drive, versatile configuration options and intuitive app control should make the training experience a realistic one.

The Square Smart Frame is designed to offer a realistic shifting experience that replicates the shifting systems of Campagnolo, Shimano and SRAM. The number of gears, the number of teeth and the chainring configuration can be adjusted via the associated Square app, with a total of 13 preconfigured options. The manufacturer also claims that the operating forces on the lever should be similar to those of a normal racer.

The Elite Square Smart Frame handlebars are said to be optimised for realistic indoor training, with two shift levers similar to those from Campa, Shimano and SRAM. There are also four additional control buttons: four for app controls, one for the Aria fan, one for virtual steering, two shift buttons, an extra Campagnolo shift button and a brake button. The 420 mm wide handlebars with 6° flare and non-slip silicone grips are designed to provide a stable grip. A Garmin mount for bike computers and an optional tablet mount are designed to offer additional flexibility.

Square can be customised to individual geometric dimensions in just a few steps. The following dimensions can be set in the millimetre range:

• Handlebars: height and length
• Top tube length and crank arm length (165 mm, 167.5 mm, 170 mm, 172.5 mm, 175 mm)

The control unit of the Square frame is battery-operated and does not require an external power supply, which should make installation and integration with exercise bikes and accessories easier. Installation should be simple, as the accessories and adjustment keys are included in the scope of delivery. The Square app allows users to configure the frame the first time they use it, connect the exercise bike and create up to five user profiles with the desired shift and gear ratios.

The Elite Smart Frame also offers a stand-alone mode so that you can train even when the internet connection is poor. The resistance can be adjusted in 16 levels via the handlebar levers, which should ensure complete control over the training even without an app connection.
