Elite Crono Mag roller trainer
Test archive: In the wheel test in TOUR 11/2009, the "Crono Mag" from Elite was by far the quietest device in the test - and still didn't come off well because the wobbly three-legged design significantly dampened the training fun. The successor model "Super Crono Power Mag" has been fundamentally revised.

With four instead of three contact points and a much more stable construction, the main point of criticism is now eliminated. In addition, the still pleasingly quiet magnetic brake can now be adjusted in eight instead of the previous five stages using a controller on the handlebars. In the heaviest setting, the rider has to pedal at a gear ratio of 53/17 teeth and a cadence of 100 rpm over 700 watts, which means that the device can now also be used by ambitious power riders.

units permitted. The fastening mechanism is new: after a one-off pre-setting, the bike can be securely fixed in place with a flick of the wrist. After training, the device can be folded flat and stored to save space.
