AX-Lightness' subsidiary brand Engage manufactures components in Taiwan.
Engage is a subsidiary brand of the well-known tuning manufacturer AX-Lightness from Creußen near Bayreuth. Under this label, company owner Axel Schnura sells carbon frames and components that are manufactured in Taiwan and are somewhat cheaper than the domestic high-end products.

The Apsis Ergo handlebar weighs 245 grams and is available as an Ergo version with a reach or drop of 80/125 millimetres. It differs from the standard Apsis Race model in that it has a flat top bar and integrated cable routing. We liked the 180 euro handlebar due to its very good workmanship. Thanks to the integrated cable routing below the top bar, the cockpit looks very tidy. However, the drop of 125 millimetres is standard and therefore rather sporty - the lower handlebar position is therefore very bent.

PLUS Processing; tension control; precise assembly markings
MINUS Drop is big

Price 180 Euro
