In principle, a sports bra is nothing more than two pieces of fabric joined together, two shoulder straps and a back strap. In principle. Because tailoring a sports bra worthy of the name is not as simple as it sounds. Every woman has different needs and preferences: with or without underwiring, adjustable or fixed straps, two fastening hooks or three or none at all. In turn, needs and preferences vary depending on the type of sport and intensity of exertion. A bra for running, for example, needs to provide better support than one for cycling. A model that fits perfectly when you're standing upright can pinch when you're racing.

SHORT & SHORT
With the exception of one outlier, the providers tested did their homework. Apart from a few tiny flaws, the lingerie specialists Triumph and Schiesser have succeeded in adapting their underwear experience to the needs of sportswomen. The Adidas model is bold and well thought-out, but not very variable and comparatively expensive. Sugoi's bra is suitable for sports in terms of the idea, but there is room for improvement in the cut.
