Kommit presents its new sports glasses for children: the T-Vision. The innovative glasses from the Bavarian brand are available in two sizes for different age groups and are equipped with clear lenses that offer 100 per cent UV protection. They also protect the eyes of young cyclists in poor light conditions. The flexible frame ensures a secure hold when cycling. The price is 49.95 euros.

Kommit Outdoor GmbH from Bavaria is launching specially developed sports goggles for active young bikers. The T-Vision is aimed at young riders who need reliable eye protection when mountain biking, travelling to school or playing outdoors. The model uses clear lenses instead of tinted or mirrored versions.

The Cycling goggles also protects against changing light conditions and offers clear vision in difficult conditions. This is particularly practical in the autumn season, when rain and wind dominate the trails. The design focusses on safety without compromising on visibility.

Clear glass technology meets UV protection

The T-Vision uses clear glass lenses with full UV protection for children's eyes. The lenses protect against wind, insects, dirt and harmful rays. A special water and dirt-repellent coating ensures a clear view even after driving through mud and rain.

The frame is made of lightweight, flexible material and sits securely on the head. The construction prevents pressure points and slipping, even on uneven surfaces. The design combines functionality with a youthful look.

Small and medium for different age groups

Kommit offers the T-Vision in two different sizes. The Small version is suitable for kindergarten children and smaller heads. Medium is aimed at older kids and schoolchildren. This division covers different age groups - from the first balance bike experience to joint mountain bike tours with parents.

"We wanted to develop goggles that children would love just as much as their parents - robust, light, safe and simply cool," explains the Kommit team. Their own initial tests have confirmed the practicality of the model on various trails, and now the children's sports goggles can come.

Availability and price

The T-Vision children's sports glasses are now available from specialist retailers and online at www.kommit-outdoor.com. The retail price is 49.95 euros. Kommit develops and designs its products in Germany and favours European production.

The company from Treuchtlingen was founded in 2020 and specialises in new bike and outdoor solutions. With their self-retracting pulling system for bicycles (tested here by our sister magazine BIKE) Since then, Kommit has been organising joint and safe nature experiences for families.

Sebastian Brust was born in 1979 and was originally socialised on his grandmother's folding bike, but has mainly been riding studded tyres since his fifth birthday. Loves all kinds of bikes - and merging with nature. Believes that disc brakes are much safer today than they were 15 years ago and thinks he has helped with his brake and pad tests. However, the trained vehicle technology engineer very much regrets that the bicycle industry is orientating itself on what he considers to be the wrong ideals of the car industry. At BIKE, he corrects, produces and organises digital content on the website.
