The four gigabyte micro SD card supplied allows three hours of video recording. There is a USB port in the frame, which can be used to charge the glasses battery on the PC or at a power socket, or to connect the glasses to the PC for data transfer. No extra software or drivers need to be installed to transfer the videos. In our tests, this worked straight away and the PC's own player played the videos without any errors. The camera is operated via two buttons, an LED in the left bracket indicates the respective mode in several colours. The image quality is decent, sound recordings at full speed are dominated by wind noise, while the sound is adequate when stationary. The "Ciclocam 2" weighs just 50 grams and feels almost like normal sports glasses, although the shape and tension of the temples are not ideal.
TipSecure the glasses with a rubber band, otherwise they can easily get lost.
Included in the scope of delivery: four differently tinted lenses, whose wind protection, however, does not reach that of good cycling glasses due to their small size.
PLUSunobtrusive video camera with simple operating concept and decent video quality
MINUS: Recording mode not quickly recognisable; poor grip of the brackets
