The 100% S3 FDJ combines WorldTour looks and modern shield technology. With a large field of vision, lightweight frame and secure fit, they should be just as impressive on long training rides as they are in racing. We tried out the team edition and show you what the goggles can do.

According to the manufacturer, the FDJ United-Suez Edition epitomises the precision and consistency of the WorldTour team. The S3 combines a large-area shield design with an ultra-HD lens which, according to 100%, offers a particularly clear field of vision and complete UV protection. The frame is made of lightweight, robust Grilamid TR90 and is equipped with non-slip ultra-grip rubber to ensure that the goggles stay securely in place even when subjected to vibrations and intense strain. The construction is designed to offer a wide field of vision and reliable grip - whether on rough roads or at racing speed.

This is our verdict on the S3 FDJ

The S3 FDJ from 100% is a classic shield goggle with a generous visor: 15 x 6 centimetres provide effective protection from the wind right into the corners of the eyes. At 36 grams, the weight matches the size. Thanks to the rubberised temple tips, the goggles fit securely without pinching. The scope of delivery includes a robust case, a clear replacement lens and two pairs of nose pads - a strong package. The S3 fits best on slim to normal width nose bridges. Optically, 100% offers plenty of choice: A total of 16 frame/visor combinations are available, so almost everyone can find a suitable variant.
