The firm, slightly thicker padding is slightly bulky, which may bother some cyclists. The jersey scores plus points with its wide waistband, smooth full-length zip including zip garage and the back pockets, which are set at a distance from the waistband and do not lift the jersey even when fully loaded. Compared to Italian brands, the test size M is larger and fits athletic cyclists around 1.80 metres tall and 80 kilograms well. Features such as a small zip pocket and reflective strips on the jersey underline the value of this rather expensive set, which also comes with a matching wind waistcoat (99 euros).
