Santini presents the Unico Autumn/Winter 2025 Collection as a technical system for cool cycling conditions. The Italian label has developed three coordinated parts: A long-sleeved jersey, wind jacket and long cycling shorts. Each item covers specific temperature ranges between 5 and 20 degrees Celsius. The collection utilises Italian materials and manufacturing techniques.
The system follows the onion principle for variable weather conditions. Cyclists can wear the garments individually or in combination. Santini developed the fits to match each other in order to avoid material overlaps. All parts utilise raw-cut finishes without additional seams. This technique reduces weight and eliminates pressure points on longer rides.
The Unico wind jacket is suitable for temperatures between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius. Santini combines three different materials for optimum functionality. The back and lower front area are made of elasticated fabric for a close fit. The front and shoulder sections utilise windproof material with the characteristic Unico print. The Polartec Alpha inner lining insulates on descents and in cold headwinds.
The jacket uses a two-way zip for variable ventilation while riding. The high collar protects the neck area from the wind. Inner cuffs prevent cold air from entering. Reflective details on the back increase visibility in low light conditions. The slim fit reduces wind resistance at higher speeds.
The Unico long-sleeved jersey works in a temperature range of 10 to 20 degrees Celsius. Santini uses a black design with a coloured Santini logo on the back. The raglan cut at the back follows the natural shoulder line for maximum freedom of movement. The kimono cut at the front ensures a snug fit without constriction in the chest area.
The highly elastic functional material transports moisture away from the skin. Raw-cut finishes on the collar, cuffs and front hem eliminate excess material. The back hem uses an external elasticated band for a secure fit. The three-part back pocket with laser-cut edges offers storage space for food and tools. The material retains its shape and function even under intensive loads.
The Unico long cycling shorts cover temperatures between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius. Santini offers the model in a 7/8 length that ends just above the ankle. Separate versions for men and women take anatomical differences into account. The Italian microfibre offers a soft feel with high elasticity.
Thermo-welded seams minimise friction and chafing during longer rides. The material creates light compression without restricting movement. Laser-cut straps with breathable inserts adapt to the body's movements. The men's version features a colourful Unico graphic panel on the back. The women's version has the same design on the front mesh insert.
Santini equips the men's shorts with the C3 chamois. The women's version uses the C3W seat pad with customised anatomy. Both pads use shock-absorbing gel inserts at critical pressure points. The ergonomic 3D surface follows the natural riding position on the road bike. This design reduces pressure points on rides lasting several hours.
An iridescent, reflective logo on the lower leg increases visibility at dusk and in the dark. The raw-cut cuffs at the leg ends eliminate the need for restrictive elasticated cuffs. The material fits close to the skin without restricting blood circulation. Santini manufactures all parts in Italian production facilities under controlled quality standards.
Santini Cycling has been developing cycling clothing in Italy since 1965. Pietro Santini founded the company out of a passion for cycling. All items of clothing are made in Italian production facilities. The design team consists of active cyclists who contribute their own experience to the development process.
The company philosophy is based on four principles: perfect fit, high performance, comfort and durability. Santini continuously invests in innovative material research and new production methods. The company works with fabric manufacturers such as Polartec for technical linings. The aim is to perfect cycling clothing without compromising on style and elegance.
