The Basque manufacturer Etxeondo offers suitable cycling clothing for cooler days, consisting of the "Erobern" jacket and "Iton" trousers. The front of the 360 gram jacket features "Windstopper" and "Thermolite" material to protect against wind and cold and allow controlled perspiration transport to the outside. Brushed Roubaix material on the inside is designed to keep you warm. In practice, the jacket is very comfortable to wear and offers good protection even in damp, drizzly weather. The cut is criticised, the back is short and slips up slightly. The zip, three back pockets and the workmanship of the "Erobern" score points again. Etxeondo uses so-called "Ketaren" for the trousers with integrated padding. The material feels soft and should dry quickly. In the test, the 270 gram trousers without stays and zips impressed with their good fit and well-fitting braces, but the TOUR testers found the seat pad to be clearly too thick and too large. The feeling of warmth is pleasant and perspiration dries quickly. Unlike the jacket, the trousers are not sufficient for use in cold, wet weather around zero degrees due to the lack of wind protection at the front.
