The bib shorts from Gore Wear in the TOUR test
Are the new bib shorts from Gore Wear like conventional cycling shorts? TOUR put them to the test and put them through their paces.

Two features make the difference between the new Transition+ from Gore Wear and conventional short cycling shorts: the almost windproof and water-repellent material predestines the 210 gram shorts (size L) for use in capricious weather, even on cool and changeable days, and their length-adjustable braces with hook fasteners make them exciting for those whose upper body is relatively long in relation to their size - our "standard test riders" adjusted the soft and very comfortable braces to the shortest length, which is why we strongly recommend trying them on before buying. The material feels relatively firm, while the thin and elasticated padding and the wide, comfortable leg cuffs earn praise.
