It sounds paradoxical, but if you get too cold with the new Biehler UV Protection Cooling Jersey, you should take it off again.
According to the manufacturer, the new, patented "Shadow-Tex" material cools the more skin it covers - UV protection included. The 180 gram long-sleeved jersey impresses with its close-fitting race cut, it stays in place and does not ride up. The three back pockets are not very deep and offer little space. At temperatures of around 32 degrees, the cooling effect was noticeable - provided the wind was blowing over the fabric. Without the cooling airflow, it quickly gets warm under the black sections, while it stays cooler under the white sleeves, which provide protection from the sun.
