Single test: Mavic Propane Jacket
When it's really cold and the roads are free of snow, the "Propane Jacket" from Mavic is a reliable, warming companion.

The jacket, which weighs just over 500 grams, insulates thanks to a filling made of so-called Primaloft material, the outer layer of which is water-repellent. Despite its volume, the jacket fits close to the body and hardly flutters, even in the racing bike position. The front zip is asymmetrical, which is why the collar does not pinch at the throat and the jacket does not bulge at the stomach. Four additional zips on the underarms and armpits allow you to regulate the warmth. Practical: the hood integrated into the collar, the zip pocket on the back with storage compartment and the windproof cuffs.

PLUS: warm; light; practical

MINUS: expensive

Price 295 Euro

Weight 536 grammes
