Long-term test: Assos Air Jack 851
One for everything - the "Air Jack 851" comes very close to this ideal.

Test duration: in continuous operation for two years

PLUS: Practical, wide range of use, good cut

One for all - the "Air Jack 851" comes very close to this ideal. This is made possible by the use of an elasticated, windproof and water-repellent material in the chest, neck and front arm areas. The back and rear arm sections are made of warm, brushed Roubaix material. The cut is typical for road bikes with an extended back section, the jacket fits snugly around the neck and wrists, so nothing flutters even when riding fast. The Assos has three back pockets and a small zip pocket for a mobile phone or keys. In use for two years, the testers particularly like the jacket's very wide range of use in temperatures from just below zero to around ten degrees plus. The material, zips and workmanship are extremely high quality - the reflective piping, for example, looks as good as new even after numerous washes.
