Individual test: Chiba glovesPhoto: Daniel Simon
Well protected through the winter
Cold, clammy fingers in winter can hurt and impair control on the handlebars. We put the Dry Star from Chiba to the test for a whole winter - and the lined, waterproof glove won us over.

The fit is very good, and even in wet conditions, the Chiba always keeps you in control thanks to the gel strips on the grips. The tightening aid on the waistband is practical; the waistband width can be individually adjusted using the Velcro fastener. The large towelling strip on the thumb is great for wiping a dripping nose. Our testers also rated the workmanship positively: even after many rides on the cross bike and several washes in the washing machine, the glove still looks great.
